Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 4 cups of water with 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Once bubbling, remove from heat and cover, steeping for 10 to 15 minutes until the color changes to a rich magenta.
  3. Peel and chop the peach, setting aside the juices.
  4. Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher using a fine mesh sieve, pressing the flowers to extract all flavor.
  5. Add the chopped peaches to the warm hibiscus tea and stir to combine.
  6. Stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar until dissolved, adjusting sweetness to your preference.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or serve warm.
