  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the batter in, smoothing the top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool for an additional 5-10 minutes.
