Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, peel and mash approximately 3 ripe bananas until smooth. Add melted butter and mix until combined.
  3. Stir in granulated sugar, followed by a beaten egg and vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Sprinkle in baking soda and salt, stirring well to evenly distribute.
  5. Gradually add 1.5 cups of flour, folding gently until just combined.
  6. Crush 10 Oreo cookies and fold them into the batter evenly.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle remaining 4 crushed Oreos on top.
