Preparation and Cooking
  1. Gather all your ingredients: ground beef, nacho cheese sauce, gluten-free tortillas, and desired toppings. Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
  2. In the preheated skillet, add and cook the ground beef for about 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally until nicely browned. Season with chili powder and cumin.
  3. Pour in the nacho cheese sauce, stirring gently until warmed, about 2–3 minutes.
  4. Take a gluten-free tortilla, spoon a portion of the beef and cheese mixture in the center, and add toppings. Roll tightly and place seam-side down.
  5. Grill wraps in the skillet over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm with additional toppings or sauces.
