Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt, and 2 tablespoons of mild harissa. Toss the cauliflower florets in this mixture until well coated.
  3. Spread the coated cauliflower florets evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  4. After 35 minutes, toss the cauliflower with the remaining harissa and roast for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the remaining olive oil, tahini, honey, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and black pepper. Add water gradually until reaching desired consistency.
  6. Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a serving platter and drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over the florets. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
