Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine softened unsalted butter, white miso paste, brown sugar, grated fresh ginger, minced garlic, and sliced green onions in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly until creamy.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry. Spread miso compound butter evenly over each fillet.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake salmon in a lightly greased baking dish for 12-15 minutes until opaque.
  4. For air frying, preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook salmon for 9-10 minutes.
  5. Transfer cooked salmon to a platter, drizzle with remaining miso compound butter, and garnish.
