Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheets on a clean surface and slice each sheet into triangles.
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the wider end of each pastry triangle.
- Place a piece of Black Forest ham and a slice of white cheddar cheese on top of the mustard.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end towards the pointed tip, pressing the edges to seal.
- Beat the egg with a splash of water. Brush over the tops of each rolled croissant and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake the croissants in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
