- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise, keeping the halves hinged.
- In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter and mix in garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the cut sides of each roll with the seasoned butter.
- Layer the salami, ham, pepperoni, mozzarella, and provolone on the bottom half of each roll.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, roasted red peppers, black olives, and banana peppers on top.
- Add fresh basil leaves atop the sandwiches.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then cut into portions and serve warm.
