  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika for more flavor
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
Pita Pocket Assembly
  • 4 pieces Pita Pockets or tortillas/lettuce wraps
  • 2 cups Fresh Vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, or bell peppers
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese or goat cheese/dairy-free option
  • 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce or yogurt sauce/hummus

Preparation Steps
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Incorporate ground beef, breaking it apart. Add cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Warm pita pockets on a baking sheet for about 5 minutes.
  5. Open each pita pocket and stuff with the beef mixture.
  6. Top with fresh vegetables, feta, and drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
