Step-by-Step Instructions for Mediterranean Chicken Tenders
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and let shimmer for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add 2-3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, season 1 pound of chicken tenders with 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of paprika, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  4. Place seasoned chicken tenders in the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
