Ingredients

For the Blondie Base
  • 1 cup Malted Milk Balls Adds unique flavor and crunchy texture; use any brand for delicious results.
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour Provides structure to the blondies; substitute with a gluten-free flour blend for a GF option.
  • 1/2 cup Malted Milk Powder Enhances the malt flavor; omit for less maltiness or substitute with instant milk powder.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt Balances sweetness and enhances flavor; regular salt works just as well.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter Adds richness and moisture; replace with coconut oil for a dairy-free version.
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar Contributes sweetness and a caramel flavor; can be swapped for granulated sugar for a firmer texture.
  • 1 large Egg Binds ingredients while adding moisture; use flaxseed meal or an egg replacer for a vegan alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract Adds depth to flavor; consider almond extract for a different twist.
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Malted Milk Balls Use for sprinkling on top before baking; enhances that delightful crunch in every bite.
