  3. Gently fold honey into the egg whites, retaining as much air as possible.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased bundt pan, minimizing air pockets by layering it.
  5. Prepare a water bath by placing the bundt pan in a larger baking dish filled with water up to 1/2 inch deep.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes without opening the door.
  7. Turn off the oven but leave the cake inside for an additional 30 minutes to finish setting.
  8. Let the bundt pan cool in the water bath for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
