Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese Substitute with plant-based cream cheese for dairy-free option.
  • 2 pieces Fresh Lemons For zest and juice.
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar For sweetness in the mascarpone mixture.
  • ½ cup Lemon Curd
  • ¼ cup Limoncello Substitute with fresh lemon juice for non-alcoholic.
  • 24 pieces Ladyfingers Use gluten-free ladyfingers if needed.

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mascarpone cheese, the juice and zest of two fresh lemons, and about ½ cup of powdered sugar. Beat until creamy and smooth.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix ½ cup of lemon curd and ¼ cup of limoncello or fresh lemon juice. Dip each ladyfinger quickly for 1-2 seconds on each side.
  3. Place a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of your serving dish. Spoon half of the lemon mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then repeat the layering process.
  4. Cover the assembled Lemon Tiramisu with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, garnish the top with fresh lemon zest, a sprinkle of powdered sugar, and mint leaves.
