Step-by-Step Instructions for Lemon Blueberry Trifle
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of lemon pie filling with 1 cup of lemon yogurt, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  2. Cut your angel food cake into one-inch cubes, making about 4 cups of cake pieces.
  3. Layer one-third of the angel food cake cubes at the bottom of a trifle bowl, followed by a layer of lemon filling and a cup of blueberries. Repeat twice, ending with lemon filling.
  4. Spread the whipped topping evenly over the top layer of lemon filling.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Garnish with reserved blueberries, lemon slices, and mint before serving.
