Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the red new potatoes under cold water and cut them into about one-inch pieces.
  2. Combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and water in a small bowl until sugar dissolves.
  3. Heat a medium non-stick pan and add neutral oil. Sauté potato pieces for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Pour sauce over sautéed potatoes, cover, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove lid and let sauce simmer until thickened, stirring gently.
  6. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve warm.
