  • 4 pieces Wooden Sticks Cut them to size if needed.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and ½ cup of almond flour. Stir continuously for 5 minutes until the cheese melts and forms a smooth dough.
  2. Insert a wooden stick into each hot dog, leaving space for a grip. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the cheesy dough, flatten, and wrap it around each hot dog.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper, arrange the corn dogs, and air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 5-8 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Once air-fried, let cool for a minute and serve immediately with sugar-free ketchup or mustard.
