  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
Tzatziki Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Can substitute with sour cream.
  • 1 medium Cucumber Grated, remove excess water.
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Dill Fresh or dried.
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method
 

Meatball Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Tzatziki Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, and salt.
  2. Stir until well blended and refrigerate until serving.
Serving
  1. Serve baked meatballs with a side of tzatziki sauce for dipping.
