Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper; stir until fully blended. Then, fold in the shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, and banana peppers, tossing until the vegetables are coated with the creamy dressing. Set aside.
  2. Take each sub roll and layer a generous amount of salami, pepperoni, turkey, and provolone cheese.
  3. Preheat your oven's broiler to high. Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and edges become slightly crispy.
