Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan by greasing and flouring it.
  2. Sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and kosher salt in a medium bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, sugar, eggs, orange zest, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Toss cranberries with a tablespoon of flour and gently fold them into the batter.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes, then prepare the orange syrup by combining sugar and orange juice over medium heat until dissolved.
  8. Poke holes in the warm loaf and brush with orange syrup.
  9. Prepare the glaze by mixing confectioners’ sugar with orange juice until pourable, then drizzle over the cooled loaf.
