Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 9x6 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine the cooked sweet potatoes, ripe bananas, and plant-based milk. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ground oats, sugar, cocoa powder, ground hemp seeds, and cinnamon to the processor. Blend until well incorporated.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 20-30 minutes before cutting into squares.
