Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of the baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until creamy. Spread over the cooled crust.
  4. Dice fresh strawberries and sprinkle evenly over the cheesecake filling.
  5. In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and salt. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over strawberries.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Let cool on a rack for an hour. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before slicing.
