  • 3 large Eggs must be at room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt use flaky sea salt just before serving

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out your pie crust to fit a 9-inch pie plate and chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, heavy cream, melted unsalted butter, and salt until smooth.
  4. Carefully pour the filling into the chilled crust, leaving a little space at the top.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the edges are set but the center has a slight jiggle.
  6. Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
