Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil with dry ranch seasoning, dried dill, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade. Cut the chicken into 3-inch pieces and toss in the marinade until well coated. Thread the chicken onto soaked skewers.
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- In a small saucepan, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Mix in Parmesan cheese, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes, reserving two-thirds for basting.
Cooking - Air Fryer Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place skewers in a single layer and air fry for 5 minutes. Flip, baste with reserved sauce, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Cooking - Oven Method
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 14 minutes, flipping halfway. Broil for an additional 2 minutes until golden brown.
Cooking - Grill Method
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook skewers for about 5-6 minutes on each side, basting with reserved garlic-Parmesan sauce.
Serving
- Remove skewers from the heat and brush with remaining garlic-Parmesan sauce. Garnish with parsley and additional Parmesan before serving.

Notes
For best flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Use an instant-read thermometer to confirm chicken is cooked to 165°F.
