  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic is a great substitute.

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Basil Optional; can substitute with thyme, rosemary, or parsley.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Carefully separate the slices of prosciutto and lay them flat, ensuring they do not overlap.
  3. Drain excess liquid from the mozzarella balls to prevent sogginess while baking.
  4. Wrap each mozzarella ball in a slice of prosciutto, encasing it completely.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, combine olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper, stirring for 30 seconds.
  6. Brush each wrapped mozzarella bite with the infused olive oil mixture.
  7. Arrange bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the prosciutto is crispy.
  8. Optionally, sprinkle fresh basil over the warm bites before serving.
  9. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
