Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 1/3 cup of maple syrup. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
  2. Add 2 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats into the peanut butter mixture. Stir until the oats are fully coated.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds, filling each one about two-thirds full. Press down firmly.
  4. Optionally, add a dollop of additional peanut butter on top.
  5. Transfer to the freezer and allow to set for about 20 minutes.
  6. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips with a teaspoon of oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate generously over each cup.
  8. Return the filled molds to the freezer for an additional 20 minutes.
  9. Carefully remove the cups from the molds and sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
