- Slice fresh mozzarella cheese into 1/2-inch thick sticks and chill for 30 minutes.
- Set up a breading station with flour, egg wash, and breadcrumb mixture.
- Dredge each cheese stick in flour, dip into egg wash, and roll in breadcrumb mixture.
- Place breaded sticks on parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 180°C (356°F).
- Fry mozzarella sticks in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and serve warm with dipping sauces.
