Preparation Steps
  1. Slice fresh mozzarella cheese into 1/2-inch thick sticks and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, egg wash, and breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Dredge each cheese stick in flour, dip into egg wash, and roll in breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place breaded sticks on parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 180°C (356°F).
  6. Fry mozzarella sticks in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and serve warm with dipping sauces.
