  • 8 oz Smoked Gouda Shredded
  • 6 oz Bacon Thick-cut, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Can substitute with Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Spices e.g., cayenne pepper or jalapeños
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko preferred for extra crunch
For the Topping
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the thick-cut bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6–8 minutes. Remove, crumble and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded smoked Gouda. Add crumbled bacon and spices, and blend until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a medium-sized baking dish.
  5. Melt butter and mix with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the dip.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving with crackers or fresh vegetable sticks.
