Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken with the mixture and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Add the marinated chicken and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes, then stir in heavy cream and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Cook ramen noodles in a pot of boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  5. Heat sesame oil in the pot, sauté more minced garlic, then add chicken broth and soy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes, then stir in the heavy cream from earlier.
  6. Divide noodles in bowls, ladle broth over them, top with sliced chicken, and drizzle creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with green onions and chili oil.
