Cooking Steps
- In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and toss in diced chicken breasts seasoned with poultry seasoning. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through at 165°F. Set aside the chicken.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes. Spread this mixture on the halved Italian-style loaf, then toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Using the same skillet, melt the remaining butter over low heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and stir continuously while adding Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Spread half of the creamy Alfredo sauce on the toasted bread. Layer cooked chicken pieces on top and drizzle with remaining sauce.
- Bake assembled bread in the oven for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts and is bubbly. Let it sit briefly before slicing.
- Slice the Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread into pieces and serve warm, pairing with a fresh salad or garlic marinara for dipping.

Notes
Using day-old bread improves texture. You can prep ahead and bake just before serving.
