Cooking Steps
  1. Start by cutting your chosen cheese into uniform ½ inch thick rectangular blocks.
  2. In a shallow dish, add all-purpose flour and season it generously with salt.
  3. Pour about ½ cup of olive oil into a frying pan and heat over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Gently place the floured cheese pieces into the hot oil and cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
