  • 2 tablespoons Cherry Syrup Adjust based on taste.
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk Can be substituted with almond or oat milk.
Iced Cherry Chai
  • 1 cup Chai Tea Concentrate Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup Milk of Choice 2% milk is recommended; alternatives can be used.
  • 1 cup Ice Use plenty to keep the drink chilled.
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Freeze-Dried Cherries Substitute with other freeze-dried fruits if desired.

Method
 

Make Cherry Cream Cold Foam
  1. Combine heavy cream, cherry syrup, and whole milk in a small glass. Whip for 20-30 seconds until creamy.

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice, pour chai tea concentrate, then add milk. Stir gently.
Assemble Drink
  1. Spoon the cherry cream cold foam on top of the chai. Sprinkle with crushed freeze-dried cherries.
