Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the chosen fruit, chop into small pieces, and puree in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add honey and lemon juice to the fruit puree in the blender, and blend again until well combined.
  3. Pour the fruit mixture into a saucepan and simmer over low heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Preheat the oven to 170°F (75°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Spread the thickened mixture evenly on the sheets.
  5. Bake the sheets in the oven for about 4-6 hours, checking occasionally until the roll-ups are not sticky to the touch.
  6. Let the sheets cool completely, remove from the parchment, cut into strips, and roll tightly with parchment paper.
