  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme or fresh herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary or fresh herbs

For the Potatoes
  • 1.5 pounds Baby Potatoes or regular potatoes cut smaller

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season beef stew meat with salt and pepper, then sear in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove beef and sauté garlic in the same skillet with melted butter until fragrant.
  4. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping the pan to deglaze.
  5. Pour sauce over seared beef in the slow cooker and add halved baby potatoes.
  6. Top with remaining butter, cover, and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Adjust seasoning before serving and garnish with chopped parsley.
