  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Italian seasoning can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Himalayan pink salt is a good choice.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to personal preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Substitute with fresh chili for a spicy kick.
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth Vegetable broth can be used for a vegetarian version.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Nutritional yeast can substitute for a dairy-free option.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
  2. Finely chop the onion and add it to the skillet. Sauté for around 3-4 minutes until soft and translucent.
  3. Mince the garlic and add it to the skillet with the onion. Cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Crumble the ground turkey into the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and no longer pink. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Wash and slice the zucchinis and add them to the skillet. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  6. Sprinkle in the dried oregano, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
  8. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the skillet and stir until melted.
  9. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately while warm.
