Cooking Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
- Finely chop the onion and add it to the skillet. Sauté for around 3-4 minutes until soft and translucent.
- Mince the garlic and add it to the skillet with the onion. Cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Crumble the ground turkey into the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and no longer pink. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Wash and slice the zucchinis and add them to the skillet. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Sprinkle in the dried oregano, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the skillet and stir until melted.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately while warm.
