Method
 

Prep the Steak
  1. Pat your steak dry with paper towels, season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let rest for 15-20 minutes.

Grill the Zucchini
  1. Slice zucchini into ½ inch thick pieces. Toss in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
Cook the Steak
