Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with spices—garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Grill the seasoned shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and marked.
- Lay tortillas flat, add chopped romaine in the center.
- Layer grilled shrimp and drizzle with Caesar dressing, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and optional toppings.
- Carefully roll up each tortilla, tucking in the sides; slice in half to serve immediately.
