Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with spices—garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Grill the seasoned shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and marked.
  4. Lay tortillas flat, add chopped romaine in the center.
  5. Layer grilled shrimp and drizzle with Caesar dressing, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and optional toppings.
  6. Carefully roll up each tortilla, tucking in the sides; slice in half to serve immediately.
