Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined Juicy protein source
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt Substitute with sea salt if preferred
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground for best flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can be used as a substitute
For the Asparagus
  • 1 bunch Asparagus Fresh spears with firm ends
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Perfect for grilling
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Aromatic flavor booster
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Lighten it up with Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Low-fat or fat-free options work well
  • 2 tablespoons Water Add as needed for consistency
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley For garnish
For the Base
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice Substitute with quinoa for lower-carb option

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss shrimp with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Let marinate.
  3. Rinse and trim asparagus, toss in remaining olive oil and pinch of salt.
  4. Grill the asparagus for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque.
  6. Whisk garlic, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, water, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  7. Divide cooked rice among bowls to create a base.
  8. Top rice with grilled asparagus and shrimp.
  9. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with parsley.
