  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Adds moisture

  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Or maple syrup for vegan
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Substitute regular paprika if needed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Adjust to taste

  • to taste Pepper
For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound Jumbo Shrimp Peeled and deveined

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add the jumbo shrimp to the marinade, toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F/200°C). Grease the grates to prevent sticking.
  4. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally drizzling with more lemon juice.
