- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush seven sheets of phyllo dough with melted unsalted butter and layer them in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, granulated sugar, whole milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the semolina filling over the phyllo base, spread it evenly, brush remaining phyllo sheets with butter, and layer them on top. Score the surface for easy slicing.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden-brown and bubbly. The inviting aroma will fill your kitchen.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with warmed honey. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
