- In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed shrimp with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss everything together until the shrimp are well-coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the shrimp mixture in a single layer.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of freshly grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 10 minutes.
- Once the shrimp are roasted, carefully remove them from the oven. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and add a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
