- Dissolve sugar in 1 cup of warm water. Sprinkle active dry yeast over it and let it foam for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and 1/4 cup olive oil. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
