Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef over medium heat for 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheese until melted. Allow to cool slightly before filling the dough.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece to approximately 4 inches in diameter on a floured surface.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef-cheese mixture onto the center of each dough round and seal tightly.
- Arrange the sealed bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet, spaced apart for expansion.
- In a small bowl, melt 1/4 cup of butter and mix with 2 cloves of minced garlic and fresh parsley. Brush over each bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops of each bomb.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair with dipping sauces.
