Filling
  • 1 pound Ground Beef Can substitute with turkey or plant-based meat
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or pepper jack for spice
Dough
  • 1 can Biscuit Dough Can substitute with crescent dough
Topping
  • 1/4 cup Butter Unsalted recommended
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh garlic is best
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Optional
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, can use vegan alternative

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef over medium heat for 7-10 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheese until melted. Allow to cool slightly before filling the dough.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece to approximately 4 inches in diameter on a floured surface.
  5. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef-cheese mixture onto the center of each dough round and seal tightly.
  6. Arrange the sealed bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet, spaced apart for expansion.
  7. In a small bowl, melt 1/4 cup of butter and mix with 2 cloves of minced garlic and fresh parsley. Brush over each bomb.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops of each bomb.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  10. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair with dipping sauces.
