Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by patting the steak cubes dry with paper towels. Season them generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Carefully place the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for about 1-2 minutes per side until golden-brown. Set aside to rest.
  3. Lower the heat to medium and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and stir constantly for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add sliced zucchini to the skillet with garlic butter and sauté for about 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return the seared steak bites to the skillet and toss gently to coat with the garlic butter sauce. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
