- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a small bowl, whisk together sugar and cinnamon. Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray, then coat with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Cut tortillas into 12 wedges with a sharp knife or pizza cutter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

- Chop Granny Smith apples and mix with lemon juice to prevent browning. Add diced strawberries, kiwis, and raspberries.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over fruit and fold in fruit preserves gently.
