Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by thoroughly washing and drying 4 limes. Cut each lime into 4 wedges.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the lime wedges with 3 cups of cold water. Blend on high for 30–40 seconds until smooth.
  3. Place a wire strainer over a bowl and pour the blended lime mixture through it, using a spatula to extract juice.
  4. Return the strained lime juice to the blender. Add 1 cup of strawberries and 1–2 cups of ice. Blend for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk and blend for another 20–30 seconds until creamy.
  6. Pour into glasses filled with ice and serve immediately.
