Method
 

Making the Donuts
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lukewarm milk, beaten egg, and melted butter. Stir until well blended.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, sugar, and instant yeast.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1.5 to 2 hours until doubled.
  5. Turn the risen dough onto a floured surface and roll to about ¼ inch thick.
  6. Cut out donut shapes using a round cutter and place them on parchment paper.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 170-180°C (340-360°F).
  8. Fry the donuts in small batches for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Filling the Donuts
  1. In a bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with sugar until stiff peaks form.
  2. Once cooled, cut fried donuts in half and spread condensed milk inside.
  3. Pipe whipped cream filling into each donut half and dust with powdered sugar.
