  • 5 leaves Fresh Mint Leaves Bright and fresh

  • 1 cup Ice Cubes Enough to chill the drink
  • 1 oz Club Soda For topping off
  • 1 sprig Mint Sprig For garnish
  • 1 slice Lemon Slice For garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Muddle the mint leaves gently in a shaker.
  2. Add lemon juice and simple syrup to the shaker and stir gently.
  3. Pour gin and elderflower liqueur into the shaker, then add ice cubes.
  4. Shake vigorously until chilled.
  5. Prepare a rocks glass with fresh ice cubes.
  6. Strain the cocktail mixture into the prepared glass.
  7. Top off with club soda and stir gently.
  8. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lemon.
