Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose cream, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk. Whip gently on low speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Carefully peel the ripe mangoes and slice them into thin pieces, about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Select a serving dish and layer the graham crackers at the bottom, covering the base completely.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of sliced mangoes, then repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with a cream layer on top.
  5. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Before serving, optionally top with additional mango slices or crushed graham crackers. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
