Preparation Steps
- Rinse strawberries under cold water and pat dry. Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise and create a slight indent in the center.
- In a mixing bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice (if using) until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Transfer filling to a piping bag and fill each halved strawberry.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the filled strawberries before serving.
