- Begin by placing your frozen strawberries in a blender and slightly thawing them for about 5–10 minutes. Blend on high until smooth.
- In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups of DOLE canned pineapple juice, 1 cup of cream of coconut, and ½ cup of half and half. Whisk thoroughly for about 1 minute.
- Pour the pineapple mixture into your blender and add enough ice to reach the same height as the liquid. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds.
- Grab your favorite glasses and scoop a layer of strawberry puree at the bottom. Pour the slushy pineapple mixture over it carefully.
