  2. In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups of DOLE canned pineapple juice, 1 cup of cream of coconut, and ½ cup of half and half. Whisk thoroughly for about 1 minute.
  3. Pour the pineapple mixture into your blender and add enough ice to reach the same height as the liquid. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds.
